Empowered Together works closely with caregivers to ensure that timekeeping, documentation, and state invoicing are appropriately handled.
DD WAIVER program

The Developmental Disabilities ( DD ) Waiver program also known in New Mexico as the “traditional DD waiver” is designed to provide Services and Supports that assist eligible children and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities ( IDD ) to participate as active members of their communities.

Jennifer Gibbs is a New Mexico resident, proudly serving New Mexicans who are navigating life with a disabled loved one.
Jennifer is passionate about providing a one-of-a-kind service option for families with a more personalized approach. Her goal is for Empowered Together clients to experience the invaluable benefits of streamlined support with a top professional in their corner AND to have one-on-one individualized advocacy through each interaction in every program.
